For you, if you need to lead meetings, negotiate, present and take a stand in international settings. Here, you train with real situations and get individual feedback until the way you speak matches the professional you already are.
You got here on merit. Years of study, late nights, results that speak for you. Day to day, your English holds up: you read the reports, follow the meetings and answer emails without thinking twice.
Then comes that meeting. A screen full of faces, a director from another country, an agenda you know better than anyone. And then he turns to you: “So, what's your take?”
The answer is ready. In your own language, you would talk for five minutes without hesitating. But somewhere between thought and voice, something freezes. The seconds stretch, your heart races, and you pick the shortest, safest sentence. You deliver far less than you know.
Minutes later, someone on the other side of the screen says the same idea, with half the substance and twice the confidence. The meeting moves on. So does your idea, only now with someone else’s name on it.
That night, the conclusion seems obvious: you need to study more. Another course, another verb list, another app. And at the next meeting, the same freeze. Because the problem was never how much you know.
People who speak with authority don’t have a bigger vocabulary than yours. They have clarity: they know where they want to go, they back up the why, and they show what it means for the people listening. That can’t be memorized. It is trained, conversation after conversation, until your voice finally catches up with your thinking.
Next time someone asks “what's your take?”, you will have the answer and the confidence to stand behind it.
of professionals who use English as a second language consider it essential to their work.
of professionals simplify what they want to say when speaking another language at work. The full idea stays in their head, and only a smaller version reaches the meeting.
English speakers worldwide are not native speakers. At global tables, clarity matters, not accent.
You don’t need more years of study. You need real practice, with a safe space to make mistakes before the moment that counts. That is exactly what you will find at e.Hub.
At e.Hub, you build your repertoire, think independently and hold your positions with composure, while staying open to revising them when a better argument comes along. Changing your mind gracefully is also a form of expansion.
“You are the reason why I was able to grab that microphone.”
“I was able to understand everything, express my ideas, and feel much more confident speaking English.”
“I left the final interview certain I had the job.”
“They praised my English, my communication and how clearly I conveyed my knowledge.”
“A highly targeted plan and very clear feedback at every step.”
“The selection tests went much better than I expected.”
“The posts had a good response.”
“I feel much more at ease with the language and with sharing experiences.”
Between classes, English stays with you. You read, listen, debate and review at your own pace, with materials chosen for people who want to grow their careers and broaden how they see the world.
I started teaching English at 18, at an NGO, to children from at-risk communities. There I saw first-hand how English can change lives: opening doors, widening horizons and transforming how someone stands in the world.
Years later, between Norway and France, working alongside professionals in international settings, I saw the same principle on another scale. Capable people with solid results were losing ground in meetings, negotiations and selection processes, not for lack of knowledge, but because they struggled to communicate it confidently in English.
That insight gave rise to the e.Hub method, now applied in every class so you can close that gap, with a focus on strategic communication, positioning and leadership.
No. e.Hub offers paths for different levels. The Connection B group welcomes beginners and takes them up to B1, building the foundations of professional communication through real workplace situations. If you can already communicate, you move on to Business G, our main program, focused on practice, exposure and argumentation. From B2, there is also individual mentoring, designed for leaders and specific needs. In our first WhatsApp conversation, we learn about your level and your goal so we can recommend the best format for you.
Yes. Classes are online and live, and e.Hub works with professionals who live and work in many countries. For individual mentoring, schedules are set around your time zone. For groups, we share the available times before you enroll so you can choose what fits your routine.
All classes are live, because speaking only truly develops through real interaction, unexpected questions and correction at the right moment. Between classes, you have access to The English Hub, the student platform, with original podcasts, books by level, curated articles, an illustrated dictionary and short grammar videos to review at your own pace.
Yes. Groups have rolling enrollment and each class stands on its own, so you can start without waiting for a new cycle. The focus is assertive conversation: instead of isolated exercises, we bring each student’s work reality into the room, with simulations of the meetings, presentations, feedback and negotiations that are part of your routine. What you practice in class is exactly what you will use the next day.
Through regular assessments across six skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary and grammar. Speaking answers are sent as audio or video on WhatsApp, and each skill receives a score from 0 to 5, aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), with an individual comment. After each round, you get comparison charts that clearly show where you have progressed and what still needs attention.
Group and individual mentoring contracts run for 7 to 12 months, a period designed for consistent, noticeable progress rather than a one-off boost. Live Sprint is a one-off package of three to four sessions, designed for a goal with a set date. Business Daily is a monthly subscription with a seven-day free trial, so you can try the routine before deciding.
The next step is simple. Book your assessment, understand where you stand and find the right format for you.
